Calling all sun seekers, yoga enthusiasts, nature lovers and adventurers!
Experience the richness and diversity of South Africa on this exclusive yoga holiday in the city of Cape Town and the wilderness of the Western Cape.
The retreat will take place during the Cape Town summer season which runs from December to March every year.
Enjoy daily yoga practice, delicious food, hiking, swimming, and exclusively curated events and excursions with a small group of like-minded people.
The first few days of the trip will be spent practicing yoga and relaxing in a private retreat house in Cape Town. There will be different excursions organised for you to explore the city, beaches, markets, as well as Table Mountain national Park and the surrounding areas.
We will then embark on an exciting road trip to the Cederberg mountain region to visit a luxury glamping retreat nestled in the African wilderness. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Cape Town behind, we will take time out to retreat into nature, relax, rejuvenate practice and meditate in idyllic surroundings. Expect to enjoy an early morning hike to ancient bushman cave paintings, outdoor yoga, spa treatments, a sunset picnic and wide open landscapes.
After a 2 night stay we continue our road trip to a private safari lodge in the Klein Karoo desert region. Here we will go on safari to see the Big Five up front and personal! Optional Horse Back Safari, Quad Biking and spa treatments are also available for you to enjoy!
At the end of our journey we will return to Cape Town, where we will have time to relax, do last minute shopping and explore the city, visit a unique African Penguin Colony and enjoy a celebratory farewell dinner before returning home.

Yoga with Amrita Jules
Amrita will be teaching a variety of yoga styles depending on the theme of the day, the location and the needs of the group. Morning yoga classes will be more dynamic and energising and include vinyasa yoga. Evening classes will be more contemplative and restorative. Generally Amrita teaches a mix of Jivamukti inspired vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Partner Yoga. All classes will be taught to an eclectic playlist of devotional, world, ambient and electronic music. As well as this all classes will include, mediation practice, hands on assists and relaxation.
