Cancellation Policy

Payment: Your therapist will be in touch before your appointment to share a payment link. If you prefer, you can also arrange with them to pay on the day Cancellation: You’re welcome to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment—just be sure to contact your therapist directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost, and missed appointments will be charged in full.
