Join Leila for 7 days and nights of revitalising Yoga and mountain walks in the breathtaking Serra da Estrela national park in Central Portugal.
Explore local mountain trails, visit river beaches and waterfalls, whilst relaxing in beautiful, boutique accommodation and enjoying delicious vegetarian food. and step into the beauty of the Serra da Estrela National Park in Central Portugal.
Be nourished with incredible cuisine by our hosts, twice daily yoga with Leila (energising Vinyasa in the morning & relaxing Yin Yoga in the evenings), a sound bath, optional massage treatments, and guided opportunities to explore the local area.

Our Venue
The Serra da Estrela offers picturesque villages, beautiful mountain ranges, superb walks and locally produced wines.
Accommodation is set in gardens landscaped by a botanist, boasting exquisite plant species, a natural swimming pool and 360 degree views of the mountains, forest, and villages.
The house has recently been renovated. Accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms and one outdoor twin bell tent, three shared bathrooms, outdoor showers and compost toilets
Leila Davies
Leila is a Sports, Remedial, and Therapeutic Massage Therapist, specializing in working with chronic pain, sporting injuries, and postural issues.
In addition to her expertise in massage therapy, Leila is a certified Fitness Instructor and holds a 300-hour Yoga Instructor certification, with proficiency in various Yoga styles, including Yoga Therapeutics, Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa.
Leila's unique approach seamlessly blends Eastern and Western movement and bodywork methods, incorporating practices such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Functional Movement and Fitness, Qi Gong, and Classical Indian Yoga.
Adding a new dimension to her offerings, Leila is the founder of Wandering Wellness, a platform dedicated to holistic well-being. Through Wandering Wellness, Leila collaborates with a collective of experienced practitioners, expanding the range of wellness solutions tailored to address the diverse needs of individuals.
