THE LOVE OF NATURE AND THE NATURE OF LOVE
with John & Tatiana Shuttleworth, Jill Kettle, Hans Schuldheis & Jane Bruning
SPECTRUM RETREAT CENTRE, DALYAN, TURKEY
Monday October the 9th to Monday the 16th 2023
This retreat is open to all who are interested in exploring their relationships - to the planet, themselves and others at this much needed time
We would like to invite you to "awaken your spirit to adventure," and join us on this retreat in the beautiful natural surroundings of Spectrum in Turkey.
ABOUT THE RETREAT
We will be offering a much needed deeply nourishing, nurturing, and gentle space in which we will be exploring many levels of what might block our true soul hungers, and our potential to take responsibility to live, love, and fully show up in our lives at this time.

We will use nature teachings, rituals, art, and movement to provide space for reflection to enable deep change. Creating a heart space in the group opens to a larger energy field that heals at a soul level, bypassing the ego and it's limited and limiting take on existence.

Jane Brunning, tapestry artist, will offer weaving and other creative activities during this week to deepen and enhance the process. Jane writes "Thinking and making embeds oneself in the world, it's not about the results but the state of mind it creates."

The overnight fire ceremony facilitated by Jill and Hans will support what needs to move on the soul level, offering the potential to heal our ancestral grief and our male and female wounding at a deep level at this much needed time.

This workshop will offer all an opportunity to explore in depth what it really means to risk fully opening to love, and to begin to learn to listen to the unique potential for healing, transformation, and growth that your relationship to love holds for you. We hope that this week proves to be nourishing, fulfilling, relaxing and fun. We will also explore ways to keep our hearts open and the flame of love alive when you return home.
THE FIRE CEREMONY
Traditional indigenous cultures held at their core an individual's relationship with service to life and the purpose of any personal work for growth or healing was the well being of all our relations. In this context relations means family, all living creatures and our planet.

At this time many of us are experiencing the effects of profound disconnection, in ourselves and in relationship, manifesting in the climate crisis, and in individual personal physical, emotional, and psychological suffering. We seek, in offering a traditional fire ceremony, to provide a truly connective experience that supports personal connection with self, other, nature and spirit.
DALYAN - TURKEY
Dalyan is located on a beautiful river in an environmentally protected area so has no high rise buildings. The 6 kilometre beach, which is a short bus ride or boat trip away, is one of the last 'wild spaces' on the Mediterranean, as it is a breeding site for Caretta turtles. There is a turtle rehabilitation centre on the beach where sick and injured turtles are nurtured back to health and research is carried out into the lifestyle and habits of this ancient creature.
