Hi, I’m Dilys Price a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist with four years of experience helping people relax, move better and feel stronger.
I believe that massage therapy is for everyone. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients from children with sporting injuries, elderly clients looking to maintain their independence and comfort and clients looking for a relaxing treat. My goal is always the same: to provide professional, effective, and personalised care.
In addition to deep tissue and remedial sports work, I am fully trained in Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.These skills allow me to offer a unique "best of both worlds" approach, combining the clinical precision of a Level 5 therapist with the soothing, restorative benefits of holistic therapy. Whether you are training for a marathon or general self care I am here to help you reach your goals.
